Responsibilities
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard KOLs, Affiliates, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) as clients for our exchange.
• Develop strategies to attract KOLs, Affiliates, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and showcase our platform’s unique offerings.
• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with KOLs, Affiliates, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ensuring they receive personalized service and support.
• Act as primary contact, addressing concerns and providing solutions to enhance their platform experience.
• Engage with key opinion leaders and influencers in cryptocurrency and blockchain communities to elevate our brand.
• Build a network of advocates to promote our services to potential KOLs, Affiliates, and high-net-worth clients.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
• Use insights to guide strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and compliance teams to align strategies with business objectives and ensure our services meet the specific needs of KOLs, Affiliates, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
• Represent Flipster at industry events, conferences, and on various media platforms.
• Communicate our value proposition and vision to potential KOLs, Affiliates, and high-net-worth clients in English and/or Vietnamese, establishing Flipster as a leader in the Web3 industry.

Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, especially in derivatives trading.
- Fluent in English and/or Vietnamese with exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Success in acquiring and managing HNWIs, particularly in the cryptocurrency sector.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape.
Capable of understanding complex products and market dynamics, with a focus on KOLs, Affiliates, and high-net-worth clients’ needs.
- Comfortable working in a diverse, multidisciplinary environment.
