Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Implementation Engineer to help customers successfully deploy our AI solutions. The role involves configuring AI agents, translating customer requirements into scalable AI solutions, and troubleshooting AI outputs.

What You Will Do

Configure AI agents, prompts, and workflows for customer accounts, troubleshoot AI outputs, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver successful implementations.

  • Strong understanding of data structures, mappings, imports, and APIs
  • Experience using LLMs, AI agents, or prompt engineering in a practical setting
  • Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues using logs, SQL, Python, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable working directly with customers
