Responsibilities:
- Renewal Leadership: Supporting and effectively managing the renewal process for existing customers within your account portfolio to ensure seamless retention.
- Data Integrity: Carefully reviewing all account policy data for accuracy and ensuring zero errors in client documentation.
- Consultative Communication: Maintaining effective communication with clients to fully understand their unique insurance requirements and making strategic recommendations.
- Gap Analysis: Advising customers on “silent exclusions” or gaps in coverage and recommending additional lines to strengthen their risk architecture.
- Market Advocacy: Liaising with insurance partners to negotiate and create the best possible insurance packages for each client.
Requirements:
- Licensing & Commercial Experience: You hold a valid broker license for your province and have 1+ years of P&C experience. Previous commercial broking experience is strongly preferred.
- Professional Development: CIP, CAIB, or CRM designation is a bonus.
- Client-First Communication: You’re skilled at translating complex insurance concepts into simple, clear language that clients appreciate.
- Workflow Efficiency: Proven ability to utilize a BMS or other digital tools to streamline your workflows and manage high-volume client data.
- High-Impact Collaboration: You thrive working with colleagues, underwriting teams, and partners to achieve shared goals and deliver seamless service.
- Solution-Oriented Drive: You approach challenges with persistence and agility, consistently meeting set targets and finding innovative solutions.
- Exceptional Organization: You have strong prioritization skills and demonstrated flexibility in managing a diverse portfolio of clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-Focused Execution: You maintain a sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all policy and account management processes.
