Position: UK-Based Data Engineering Experts
Type:Contract
Compensation:$140–$200/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:14 September to 10 October 2026
Commitment:40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Produce professional documents and deliverables in Data Engineering.
- Collaborate with experts from other domains to build tasks and rubrics for AI model training.
- Utilize a core stack of SQL and Python for ETL and ELT processes.
- Work with tools like Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Document and structure work to enhance AI model evaluation.
- Operate on a UK business-hours rhythm while maintaining independent work.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Data Engineers with experience in building and owning pipelines in production.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with ETL, ELT, orchestration, streaming, and data warehousing.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
