- Develop and execute email retention strategies that increase customer engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
- Build and optimize automated email flows, including welcome series, onboarding, nurture campaigns, abandoned cart, win-back, and re-engagement journeys.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, retention, and churn.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email content, subject lines, timing, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with our creative, content, design, and account management teams to deliver impactful campaigns for multiple clients.
- Stay ahead of email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and CRM innovations.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing automated email campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving agency environment.
- Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or digital-first brands is a plus.
