Retention Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Who We Are: STERRY Overview: What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute email retention strategies that increase customer engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
  • Build and optimize automated email flows, including welcome series, onboarding, nurture campaigns, abandoned cart, win-back, and re-engagement journeys.
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, retention, and churn.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email content, subject lines, timing, and customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with our creative, content, design, and account management teams to deliver impactful campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Stay ahead of email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and CRM innovations.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing automated email campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving agency environment.
  • Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or digital-first brands is a plus.
